1. Who we are

Tetiana Grebeniuk, based in Ukraine, is responsible for the personal information handled through the Come to Me website at cometomedating.com ("we", "us").

Use this email for privacy questions or requests about your information. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary for a specific request.

2. What this policy covers

This website introduces an upcoming dating application and provides a contact form. Browsing it does not create a dating profile, verify your identity or activate location sharing. The website does not request your device's GPS location. Maps, routes and app screens are product illustrations.

The application will have separate privacy information before it collects account, profile, verification or location data. This notice describes the current website only.

3. Information we receive

• Contact information: the name, email address and message you submit, together with any follow-up correspondence.
• Technical information: information processed by our website platform to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and page addresses.
• Visit information: basic page-view statistics and campaign details contained in a page URL, which may accompany a form submission.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, sensitive personal information or another person's private details in your message.

4. How we use information

We use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry and handle related follow-up. Technical information helps us operate and protect the website, investigate errors and understand page views. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and maintaining a secure, functioning website. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, those steps may provide the relevant basis. We seek separate consent for optional processing where it is required.

We do not use this contact form to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

5. Services, cookies and international processing

Tilda provides our website hosting and form processing. Contact submissions are delivered to our configured email inbox using Google's email service. These providers process information in connection with delivering, protecting and maintaining their services. Details are available in Tilda's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

Tilda statistics are configured in simplified mode, without analytics cookies used to identify visitors or sessions. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are not connected in the current configuration. Technical processing for hosting and form protection still takes place; this setting does not mean that no technical data is processed.

Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Ukraine or your country. Tilda's published Data Processing Agreement describes its processing terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant EU/EEA data transfers to the United Arab Emirates. Google's policy explains its international processing and transfer safeguards. Contact us if you need more information about the providers used for your enquiry.

6. How long we keep information

Submissions are currently retained in Tilda's Leads section for 30 days. This setting does not automatically delete copies delivered to our email inbox.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to answer the enquiry and complete related follow-up, or to meet an applicable legal requirement or resolve a dispute. The criteria are the enquiry's status, the need to retain a record and any applicable legal time limit. You can contact us to request deletion, subject to any lawful reason for continued retention.

7. Your choices and rights

You can browse the website without using the contact form. Providing information is voluntary, but a usable reply address is needed if you want an email response.

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal. These rights may be subject to legal conditions or exceptions.

Send requests to mail@cometomedating.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, or to another competent data protection authority where applicable. You do not have to contact us before exercising that right.

8. Security, children and updates

The website uses HTTPS to protect data in transit. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Come to Me is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Please do not submit a child's personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review the request and remove the information where appropriate.

We will update this notice when our website's data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. If future features involve different data or purposes, we will provide the relevant information before that processing begins.
